SIRA_PRISE may be downloaded and used provided you agree with all of the following license and usage terms :

Currently, two install procedures are being offered.  One is the new "automated" installer, a runnable jar file that allows you to complete the installation process using a GUI dialog.  The second is the older "manual" installation procedure, which will require you to extract the various components from a zip file and place them in the appropriate locations on your machine "manually".  The second is offered only as a backup solution in case the "automated" installer fails on your machine for some reason we did not foresee (no, the automated installer has not been tested on each possible configuration).
