After installing with the GUI installer, the server does not start.

The GUI installer generates a properties file for the server engine, but might write this file in the wrong directory. Look for a file named be.SIRAPRISE.server.ServerEngine.properties, and move this file to the /server subdirectory of your installation (or anywhere in the classpath of the JVM in which the server runs).
