The GetString method of a localizer gets the message text corresponding to the given locale and key from its message repository. (This message may itself be a template that needs further filling-in-the-gaps using, e.g. MessageFormat.)

Parameters:

key - The key text with which the message text is stored in the message repository of the localizer

locale - The locale to use

Returns:

the message text corresponding to the given locale and key from the localizer's message repository.
